The Campbell Brothers present a compelling, rich variety of African-American, Holiness-Pentecostal repertoire with a new twist: the growling, wailing, shouting, singing and swinging voice of the steel guitar, played as you have never heard it played before.

Cellist Ani Aznavoorian and pianist Marta Aznavoorian, each a renowned soloist and chamber musician in her own right, together celebrate the sounds of their ancestral homeland, Armenia, as they release their 2022 debut album called “Veiled Mountain; Gems from Armenia.”

Hosted by Corey Harris, a MacArthur Grant recipient, along with America’s foremost blues harmonica virtuoso, Phil Wiggins and Cedric Watson, True Blues chronicles the extraordinary living culture of the blues in an evening of music and conversation.

Cuban singer, flautist and percussionist Yaite Ramos Rodriguez, aka La Dame Blanche delivers a powerful and compelling sound which summons the spirits. The smoke of an inaugural cigar prior to setting foot on set, a glass of rum left backstage, necklaces, white flowers, a pristine turban: for her appearances on stage, La Dame Blanche feeds the energy of the spirits of Santeria, her Afro-Cuban religion.
